DBS Vickers is a leading retail and institutional brokerage in Asia , providing high quality advisory services and products to our customers. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our management team in the following position :
1. MIDDLE OFFICE STAFF
Responsibilities :
* Handle Customer account opening and other customer requests
* Maintain clients'file
* Handle KYC (know your client) process for new account opening process
* Handle proper communication with clients such as complaints , queries , feedback and monthly statement delivery
2. TEMPORARY ADMIN STAFF
Responsibilities ;
* Arrange meeting & company visit schedule
* Maintain client & corporate relationship
* Taking care of administrative tasks
GENERAL. REQUIREMENTS :
* University degree or diploma ( exp 1 year or fresh graduate is welcome )
* Mature & independent
* Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
* Good communication skill
* Computer literate and familiar how to use ms office applicantions
