· Min 2 years working experience from reputable consultation/training firm or in managerial level
· Possess a proven track record both concept mastery and hands on application
· Experience in research will be an advantage
· Excellent communication skills both Indonesian and English
· Good presentation skills
· Able to work in team as well as independently
