APPLICATION ENGINEER (AE)
Requirements :
- Male/Female max. 27 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring IT from reputable university
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Knowledge in object oriented programming
- Excellent skill in Java/PLSql/Centura or any programming languages
- Extensive use RDBMS like Oracle/sql Server/MySql in programming
- Familiar with UML
- Familiar with 3-tier programming methodology
- Strong analytical skill
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Excellent in documentation and communication skills
- Able to work individual or in a team
BUSINESS CONSULTANT (BC)
BC Finance (CODE : BFI)
BC Manufacturing (CODE : BMA)
BC Human Resources (CODE : BHR)
BC Maintenance (CODE : BMI)
General Qualifications:
- Graduated from reputable university in Indonesia or Overseas
- Accounting/Management background for BC Finance
- Industrial / Chemical Engineering background for BC Manufacturing
- Industrial /Mechanical Engineering background for BC Maintenance
- Min. 2 years experience as consultant or system analyst
- Min. 2 years experience in any industries specific
- Understanding Accounting and PSAK (BFI)
- Understanding Supply Management (BMA)
- Understanding Human Resources Development (BHR)
- Understand Maintenance and Service Management (BMI)
- Experience using ERP system is preferred
- Excellent in analytical skill and problem solving
- Fluent in English both oral spoken and written
- Excellent in documentation and communication skills
- Able to work individual or in team
- Familiar with RDBMS like Oracle/SqlServer/MySql is preferred
- Willing to travel
Human Resources (HR)PRE- SALES
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology / Law / Management or other related major from reputable University
- Having at least 5 years experiences as HR Generalist with last position minimum in Supervisor level
- Knowledge & understanding about Compensation & Benefit, Personnel Management, People Development, Industrial Relation, and its implementation
- Knowledge using SAP, IFS, Oracle or any Human Resource software is a must
- Having passion to work as Consultant with dynamic environment
- Have experience using ERP system, Human Resource module is a must
- Excellent skill in presentation a solution demo and/or presentation demo to prospect
- Excellent in analytical skill and problem solving
- Good communication skill to all levels in the organization
- Good command in English
