Express Air is one of Indonesian airline, based in Jakarta. Express Air began operating in June 2003, and has since grown into one of the important actors in the domestic aviation market.

 

It operates flights to 37 goals, with particular focus on Eastern Indonesia, including a number of purposes such as in Papua, Sorong, Kaimana, Fak-Fak, Manokwari, Jayapura, Nabire.

 

We are seeking candidate for the posted position below:

 

1. STATION MANAGER
2. SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
3. RESERVATION & TICKETING STAFF
4. CUSTOMER SERVICES

 

Requirements :

1. Male/Female
2. Education, Min Diploma or Bachelor from Management or Management Transport with minimum GPA 2.70
3. Good in English
4. Ability to work individual as well as in team, communicative, hard worker, and energetic
5. Computer literate
6. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

 

We also seeking candidate for the posted position below:

 

1. Human Resources Manager

 

Main responsibilities will include:

 

1. Manage the activities of Human Resources to support achieving company's objectives
2. Ensure manpower planning meets and supports the subsidiary's objectives
3. Conduct program for recruitment, performance management, learning & development, succession plan, retention, promotion, compensation & benefit, labor relations

 

Job Requirements

 

1. Graduate or equivalent professional degree
2. Experience in managing HR
3. Fully conversant in HR and can work independently in the related area of responsibility such as:  

Performance Management, Talent management- Recruitment, Retention, Succession Plan, Learning & Developmen, Remuneration (compensation & benefit) concept    

4. Labor Law
5. Salary & Benefit Survey
6. Highly proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
7. Strong leader with excellent interpersonal skill
