Currently we are looking for highly qualified individual to fill various positions below :

 

1. OIL & ENERGY-BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

 

Key Responsibilities :

·         Ensure that all specific needs and expectations of Oil & Energy customers are captured and further communicated and coordinated properly across other relevant departments.

·         Maintain and develop Oil & Energy business as per guidelines from country and/ or regional.

·         Receive a RFQ / Tender/ Bids related to Oil & Energy business, either locally or regionally, and work together with other related departments to obtain all informations required.

·         Sourcing any Oil & Energy RFQ/ Tender/ Bids requirements local vendors, to obtain  the best buying rates.

·         Prepare a Rate Proposals for Oil & Energy RFQ/ Tender/ Bids and ensure submittion within deadline.

·         Monitor the implementation stage of new business, to ensure SOP is followed properly.

 

Requirements :          

·            Bachelor Degree with minimum 3 years of experience in the same position in Freight Forwarding or Logistics company.

·            Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia, also Computer literate skill.

·            Have good competencies in Business Acumen, Customer Orientation, Shaping Direction, Commitment to Excel, Building and Leading Teams, Building and Managing Partnerships, Cross Border Thinking, Constructive Challenge.

 

2. IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER

 

Responsibilities :

 

·     Co-ordinates & facilitates DGF Customer implementation related

·     Manage projects using DePICT methodology

·     Lead implementation of country DGF projects

·     Support cross business project implementation

·     Making contracts available by moving the quotation from the 'quotation' folder to the 'contract' folder

·     Checking the contracts for completeness and plausibility

·     Archiving & maintenance of old contracts

·     Checking the stations discipline of storing all billing related information on share drive

 

Requirements :          

·     Bachelor Degree with 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably in Freight Forwarding or Logistics company

·     Proficient in English & Bahasa Indonesia, also Computer literate skill

 

3. HR OPERATION SUPERVISOR

 

Key Responsibilities :

·     Responsible for all recruitment process (job advertisement, selection & hiring process, etc).

·     Process documents and calculation related to payroll (absences, overtime, medical, attendance, etc).

·     To manage employment contract, personnel administration, and filling management.

·     To manage any other HR daily activities.

Requirements :                   

·      Bachelor Degree preferably in Psychology, max.28 years old.

·      Preferably having 2  years experiences in managing and developing: Recruitment, Industrial Relation, and other HR key areas.

·      Have a good knowledge in Manpower Regulation.

·      Computer literate and detail oriented, fluent in English both verbal and written.

·      Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (we provide employee bus for some meeting points from Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang area).

 

4. KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Key Responsibilities :

 

·     Develops sales plan/strategy/activities to achieve target budgets

·     Create and conduct high quality presentation of the entire range of standardized products to customers

·     Negotiate with customers on contractual terms of service provision that is aligned to corporate sales policy and procedures

·     Conducts customer visits daily and bilateral assessment of the relationship with the customer

·     Create Order Confirmation for shipment execution by Operation

 

Requirements :

·     Bachelor Degree with minimum 2 years experiences in same position from Forwarding Company

·     Computer literate and good command in English

·     Good presentation skill and able to work independently

·     Having own vehicle

·     Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (we provide employee bus for some meeting points from Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang area).

 

5. FINANCE STAFF

 

Responsibilities :

 

·      Release cash against payment voucher approved

·      Receive documents from operations  for customer's collections in exchange for payments received

·      Cash keeping and reconcile records/documents

·      Issue VAT invoice

·      Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of day to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change

·      Report to superior continuously in  a good time of concurrence within his/her area responsibility

Requirements :                  

·         Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accounting, max.28 years old

·         Preferably having 1  year experience in related position, or  fresh graduate from related major with min. 3,00 GPA are welcome to apply

·         Computer literate and detail oriented

·         Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (we provide employee bus for some meeting points from Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang area)

 

6. RECEPTIONIST

 

Responsibilities :

 

·         Handling incoming and outgoing calls

·         Handling incoming and outgoing documents

·         Support HR Department as general administration

Requirements :                  

·         Diploma Degree, max.25 years old

·         Preferably having minimum 1 year experiences as Receptionist / Frontliner, well representative with positive attitude

·         Able to communicate in English and Computer literate

·         Willing to be placed in Soewarna Business Park, Soekarno Hatta Airport area (we provide employee bus for some meeting points from Jakarta,  Bekasi, and Tangerang area)
