Corporate Secretary
Jakarta
Requirements:
• Indonesian citizen with excellent health, maximum 35 years old
• Preferably Female
• Graduated from reputable University, Bachelor degree (S1) in business law or finance (preferably with S2 degree / Overseas graduate in finance or business law)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as (Assistant) Corporate Secretary in publicly-listed companies, in mining industry
• Expert in Indonesian corporate law and go-public rules and issues
• Very good understanding and application of Investor relation, finance and public relations
• Very Good in analyzing, arranging and organizing
• Excellent interpersonal skills as well as team player
• Willingness to travel
• Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin would be an advantage
• Highly motivated and hard working under pressures
