located at Menara Prima, Kuningan Currently required a Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming and outgoing call professionally
- Greeting and assisting visitors
- Handling meeting room reservation
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls, correspondence and filling documents.
- Handling administration work, courier daily schedule, etc
Requirements:
• Female, max 28 years old with min. Diploma Degree from Secretarial academy
• Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Service Oriented and Good appearance
• Good office administration skill
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office / e-mail / Internet)
• Must be Proficiency in English.
