Printing Manager
Job descriptions:
Responsible for plant operational activities in the Printing Division.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering from any reputable university or long experience in printing industry
- Depth knowledge and terminology of multi-color printing
- Good technical knowledge
- Has experience in set up a new division, starting from business planning, manpower planning until kick of production
- Energetic, dynamic, has good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of English both written and spoken, at least in the level of communicative
Plant Packaging Manager
Job descriptions:

- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering from any reputable university or long experience in packaging industry
- Has minimal 8 years in the same position / job function
- Depth knowledge and terminology of packaging process
- Familiar with ISO / Quality Management

Marketing (Sales Manager)

QA Manager
Job descriptions:
Responsible and lead QA team for all for all Quality Assurance program in division
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree from engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, etc)
- Having at least 3 years experience in the same field
- A dynamic, organized & motivated individual
- Have successful experience in QA Program Management
- Skill in performing standard QA evaluation procedures, evaluating data using-statistical method of analysis
- Strong leadership skill, able to manage QA team, work independently or as team
- Familiar with ISO / Quality Management
- Flexible, self motivated with the ability to work under pressure
- Must have the ability to prioritize and perform multiple task
- Ability to work pro-actively and creatively
- Have excellent communication skills (written & oral) with good command of English
- Have excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skill, honest, Achievement, discipline, hard working and able to work under pressure
