Livingsocial has a tremendous opportunity as Merchant Services - Travel.
Job Description :
1. To prepare and maintain Travel Deal Flight Report;
2. To ensure all documentation, and images are effectively stored in
share folder created for travel team.
3. To act as Intersogo coordinator; Liaise with Market Manager and
coordinator in Thailand.
4. To support Market Manager (when needed) in ensuring each travel
deal has the best quality design by production team. (However, the main
responsibility still belong to Market Manager)
5. To act as representative of travel team in providing related
information for customer service team in providing their services to
customers (when needed).
6. To act as representative of travel team in providing best customer
assistance services for all incoming enquiries through email and or when
needed.
Qualification :
1. Min. Diploma degree from any background.
2. Good communication in English both written and spoken.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Min. 2-3 years experiences in administration/secretarial job and
journalist background will be an advantage.
5. Good interpersonal skill.
6. Able to work in fast paced environment and work with tight
deadline.
