Our client, Oil & Gas Company need some profesionals for position :
ADMIN GENERAL (MARKETING SUPPORT)
(Jakarta – DKI Jakarta)
Closed Date : 18th March 2012
Responsibilities :
Perform the administration support works which includes but not limited to filing documents, data entry & management, typing / clerical, correspondence, general translations, administration of goods and material coding, arranging event and meeting, arranging and scheduling transportation (travel arrangement) and other administration support works
Requirements:
a. Female, max. 26 years old.
b. Minimum graduate from Diploma - Bachelor (Accounting Background is prefered)
c. Having experience 1-2 years in Marketing/Purchasing Area(Material, Vendor, Purchase Order (PO))
administration works
e. Shall be able to operate computer standard office application (Word & Excel) well.
f. Good attitude and team work
