Qualifications:
1. Bachelor
Degree
2. Minimum
5 years experience with 2 years in one of the following roles:
a. Trainer
in sales or FMCG
b. Sales
Officer or other Sales Management role
c. HR
Office with field support experience
3. Strong
people leadership skills
4. Good
interpersonal and relationship building skills
5. Excellent
communication skills
6. Organized
and self motivated with action orientation
7. Good
analytical thinking capability
8. Computer
literate
9. English
competency (oral and written)
10. Willing
to be rotated to all regions of Indonesia
Responsibilities:
1. Change
management planning & preparation
2. Implementation
of the planned Change Management activities by tracking and resolving
management risks, issues and actions as required
3. Ongoing
evaluation of effectiveness of change management and communication activities
4. Act
as "Eyes and Ears' for Implementation Manager; engaging in informal and
formal interaction with employees and proactively identify issue and relay
information for resolution
5. Identify
any local policies or practices that are inconsistent with the new
implementation
6. Establish
targets for the new implementation progress and measure it via Assessments
7. Maintain
dialogue, produce weekly report and provide feedback to Implementation Manager
in supporting Change Management activities
