[Indo-Job] Lowongan Secretary-Sales Adm

PT. Power Sumber Solusindo is a Jakarta, Indonesia-based Industrial Supply Company specialized in trading industrial equipments and consumables. Our clients are mainly EPC companies as well as some oil and gas companies.

We currently need 1 sales admin-secretary with Requirements:
1. Female, D3 Secretary or business administration, GPA min. 2.9
2. Max. 25 years old
3. Honest, able to work in a team and independently
4. speak English is a MUST
5. Smart, proactive and hard-working, initiative
6. Able to work with Ms. Office program (word, excel, outlook, power point), internet, PDF
7. Experience in handling tender documents min. 1 year in oil gas field (will be very good advantage)
8. Domicile south jakarta

Responsibilities:
- to Handle tender administration
- to support sales performance directly to director
- to make quotation to clients
- to monitor tender
- to find potential products and principals related inquiry from clients
- to handle general office administration
