[vacancy] NEED URGENT!!!CQM SPECIALIST!!

 

Need urgent! CQM Specialist
a.     Must do daily evaluation on Contact Centre interaction by listening and checking email respond :
·         Listening of interaction and checking email respond,
·         Give comment and input detail evaluation result on Service Quality Notification List accurate, comprehensive & timely.
·         Follow up Service Quality Notification List, Team Leader must be sign as closed case (do coaching or feedback call).
·         Scoring detail list must be promptly, complete and reader friendly.
·         Sent notification email to Team Leader related with interaction that need coaching.
·         Correct analysis and suggestion give to Team Leader and Team Member.
b.     Must Coordinate with Team Leader to support within Customer Care department:
·         Arrange & created new training material for new joiner & existing Customer Care Officer.
Other Requirements:

(age; sex; languages

·         S1 from any diciplne
·         Male/Female
·         Fluent in English (writen & oral)
·         Maximum 28 years old







Benefits: Basic Salary are negotiable around 2-3.5 mio + allowance, etc
Will be placement in kuningan
