We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
1. Senior Supervisor Mining Operation Training (Job No. 798722)
• Minimum graduated from Senior High School with 3 - 5 years experiences as Leading Hand or Supervisor Mining and 10 years experience as heavy equipment operator in mining industry.
• Able to operate all excavators and shovel types at the maximum of the equipment s capability.
• Have SIMPER/KIMPER from previous company; Certificate IV in Workplace Training; and have POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) Certificate.
• Should have willingness go to site.
2. Specialist NDT (Job No. 797992)
• Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related engineering with minimum of 3 years experience with Non Destructive Analysis Test.
• Extensive Engineering experience; have skill at data gathering and analysis; effective report writing; excellent at MS Excel, familiar with Non Destructive Condition Monitoring techniques and data; understanding of heavy equipment.
• Willing to job site rotation.
3. Senior Supervisor Plant Planning (Job No. 736624)
• Requires Mechanical Engineering qualifications or ex Thiess Apprentices with Minimum of 5 years experience within the mining industry as Site Maintenance & Planning.
• Familiar with component cost/budget analysis; strong leadership skill; high initiative; performance driven with capability of managing relationship and develop others.
• Have analysis & reporting skill, equipment maintenance background; method, principles and technique used in preventive maintenance.
4. Trade Training Officer (Trade Streaming) Auto Electrician (Job No. 755181)
• Requires recognized Trade and / or Auto Electrical Engineering Qualifications with at least 5 year field experience in similar role or as Lead Hand/Supervisor Auto Electrician.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and understanding of Industry practice and standard.
• Familiar with Heavy Equipment s: Dozer (Caterpillar/Komatsu), Excavator (Hitachi/Komatsu/Liebherr), Ingersoll Rand Drills, Dump Truck (Caterpillar/Komatsu).
• Willing to job site rotation.
5. Training Officer – Crane (Job No. 777595)
• Minimum Senior High School and Certificate IV in Workplace Training.
• Minimum of 5 years experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a mobile crane operator with Lifting equipment s OHS Licence (SIO) class I including other lifting support equipment: crane truck, overhead crane, forklift, telehandler and elevated work platform.
• Certified in Mobile Crane Class 1.
• Willing to job site rotation.
6. Engineer Mine Planning (Job No. 789111)
• Bachelor Degree in mining engineering.
• At least 2 (two) years experiences as Engineer Mine Planning in large open cut mining and mine engineering.
• Outstanding proficiency in geological modelling and mine planning (Mincom) and other general office software (Microsoft); mining Principles, Mine design concepts and mining methods.
7. Superintendent Security (Job No. 799476)
• Minimum Diploma/Degree with 15 years experiences in Military/Police or as a Chief Security.
• Have ever followed Samapta Vocational Training; Security Guard Basic education; Security Guard Secondary education.
• Have Security guard membership; Kamra Training notification letter.
• Have knowledge in security guard guidance principal and the meaning implied in security guard vow.
8. Safety Officer (799354)
• Applicants should have Bachelor Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications, HSE Lead Auditor training and min 2 years previous experience in a same role in Mining operations.
• Work experience in maintenance department is desirable. Good knowledge in Safety Management System and International Safety Standards practices.
9. Assistant Geologist (799353)
• Applicants should have a degree in Geological Engineering with minimum of 2 years experiences as Geologist in the large open cut mining operation preferred.
• Good knowledge in mining principles, mining design concepts & operations, heavy machinery operations practices, Mincom or similar packages.
10. Officer – Mining Administration (799351)
• Applicants should have a minimum Diploma or higher is preferred with minimum of 2 years professional experience in general administration s mining or construction.
General Qualification:
• Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
• Highly self-motivated, initiative and team player.
• Good skill in computer.
• Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, good team work, loyal, willing to work at job site & good moral character.
• Will be based in Balikpapan (1-6), Sangatta (7) and Satui (8-10).
