Oriflame Jakarta urgently needs Sales Support Supervisor, with following job descriptions and requirements :
Job Descriptions :
Full responsibility of designated branch, includes all activities within the 4 corner stones in Oriflame (network marketing / brands & products / world class service / people & culture).
Primary focus is to develop Leaders in designated branch, but in order to achieve this it is absolutely vital that you have the right people in your organization.
Together with SAM develop the strategies in all areas in order to meet the set sales targets. You should see yourself as a successful Managing Director of a major sales operation and act accordingly. This requires high demands on your Leadership skills, but you have been chosen because we know that you are the right person to deliver upon our high expectations.
Fully responsible to grow your assigned Leaders in the Success Plan. This is achieved by ensuring that each new Consultant receives the necessary training in order to go for their dream. A key success factors is to work with duplication among your assigned Leaders as it won't be possible for you to train every new Consultant.
Spending time on the field is vital in order to coach your Leaders to success. Field activity involves everything from trainings, events to prospecting activities. You have the great opportunity to work with daily prospecting together with your Leaders.
MUST be able to be developed into a larger role and responsibility within the Sales Support Department.
Requirements :
· University degree (minimum bachelors)
· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales field
· Fluent in english (oral & written)
· Ability to motivate and lead others through extensive training programs.
· Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
· Proven leadership and ability to drive service and/or sales team.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Advanced it systems/ software knowledge
· Must be willing to be relocated (domestically/internationally)
· Own a vehicle (preferred)
