A company in capital market industry -  subsidiary company of Indonesia Stock Exchange, urgently needs some candidates to fill position as:     Training & Development Staff     Job Role: -      Providing support for the formulation and implementation of company programs, policies, guidelines and practices in organization development to increase organization efficiency. -      Planning, organizing and implementing of HR programs, including training & development, communication program and other HR functions in order to increase employee productivity. -      Conducting need assessments and related due diligence work to develop Human Resources Information System   Qualification  ·         Min. Bachelors (S1) degree from state universities from any major; ·         Fresh graduate with min.
