Fast growing telecommunications services company is to provide wireless telecommunications engineering services. In line with our expansion plan, we invite qualified, ambitious individuals to join our team in Indonesia.
HR SUPERVISOR
Requirements:

  • Male / Female, age maximum 30 years old
  • Primarily responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate personnel policies, practices and procedures designed to attract, motivate and retain effective human resources
  • Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
  • Experience in HR Department of telecommunication company with minimum of 200 employees
  • Have at least 1-3 years working experiences in managing recruitment and selection area with significant successful track record
  • Experience in setting and developing HR function; especially Training & Development, performance management, condition career development & succession planning
  • Strong analytical and organizational skill
  • Good leadership, interpersonal  and communication skill
  • Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active)
  • Highly of committed, integrity and accountability
