HR SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
- Male / Female, age maximum 30 years old
- Primarily responsible for the development and implementation of appropriate personnel policies, practices and procedures designed to attract, motivate and retain effective human resources
- Bachelor Degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
- Experience in HR Department of telecommunication company with minimum of 200 employees
- Have at least 1-3 years working experiences in managing recruitment and selection area with significant successful track record
- Experience in setting and developing HR function; especially Training & Development, performance management, condition career development & succession planning
- Strong analytical and organizational skill
- Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skill
- Computer literate and language proficiency in English (active)
- Highly of committed, integrity and accountability
