AIDA Consultant is a consulting firm that one of his ministry is to provide professional candidates for companies that need. Currently we are looking for professionals to:

| JOB POSITION | Customer Service-Team Lead (Code : CSTL) |
| RESPONSIBILITY | § Implement and test the new call centre hardware and software § Assist Customer Service Representatives in exceeding customer expectations through excellent customer service and first call resolution § Support the CS Director in achieving business goals § Manage the day to day operations within the customer service team including service levels, abandonment rates, and staffing levels § Provide regular, transparent feedback and reporting on CS team performance to management § Ensure CS Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are met via effective performance management § Continuously improve the performance of your team § A great opportunity to grow on a personal and professional level § Be part of shaping a rapidly growing online business § The chance to operate within flexible structures with motivated colleagues |
| QUALIFICATION | § Two years in a call centre based team leader role and § Minimum of four years total call centre experience § Strong performance management skills including the ability to train and develop Customer Service Representatives § Problem solving ability § Technical expertise and ability to implement and test contact centre hardware and systems (Avaya expertise is a plus) § Ability to operate multi platform customer contact systems (e.g. phone, chat, email, blackberry) |
