AIM was established in 1968 in partnership with Harvard Business School, the
Ford Foundation, and visionaries of the Asian Academic and business

Its
representative office in Indonesia (Jakarta) is seeking committed individual to
fill the position of "Program Associate".
 
Responsibilities:
a.       Establish strong business relationship with clients
b.       Interact with key media agencies
c.       Recruit participants for all programs (degree and
non-degree) offered by the Institute conducted in the AIM Manila campus or
elsewhere.
d.       Assist in marketing all in-house or customized programs to
organizations and companies in Indonesia.
e.       Prepare some events to support marketing such as open house,
road show, placement of advertisement, direct mail campaign and other          

          programs.
f.        Process of program application forms
g.       Provide administrative support in conducting programs in
Indonesia
h.       Develop plans for promoting and marketing AIM programs
i.         Provide monthly and annual report
j.         Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time
to time
 
A qualified
applicant must possess the following qualifications:
1. Female, single (max. 29 years of age).
2. A university degree (S1) of education; majoring in communication is preferable.
3. Minimum one (1) year of working experience. Fresh graduates who have strong organizational experiences are welcome to apply.
4. Experience in handling a course/program/event is a plus (from marketing to administering).
5. Strong English language skills (verbal and written), including ability to draft standard correspondence and edit basic materials using proper grammar, punctuation and style. High confidence and possess public speaking experience  will be advantageous.
6. Mastery of Microsoft office application.
7. Strong client responsiveness or service orientation.
8. Possess high level of initiative
9. Willingness to work overtime when required.
10. Ability to work under pressure as an integral part of the team's work and program.
11. Good knowledge of and some experience in specialized administrative/operational support functions (e.g., database management, major event/course planning, etc.) is advantageous.
12. Good personality and high integrity are essential.
