Our Company  is in telecommunication services as a Solution Integrator.
We are seeking for a good and dynamic candidates to join us as :
 
1. RECEPTIONIST
 
Requirements:
·         FEMALE
·         Age: 23 – 25 years old
·         Degree:  minimal D3 of any administrative education background
·         Work experience: min. 1 years (preferably in the same field)
·         Computer skill : MS Office (mostly Word and Excel)
·         Having a good and strong communication skill and good interpersonal skill.
·         Able to communicate in Indonesian and English

Main Activities:
- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
- Pick up and deliver the mail
- Maintain the general filing system and file all important correspondence needed
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
- Make preparations for any meetings
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
- Respond to public inquiries
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment

Our office is located in Kota Wisata Cibubur. 
Therefore we prefer to have our employees live in a nearby area.
