Area Sales Manager for East Java Area
Job Responsibilities :
- Achieving targets by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments
- Responsible for market development and penetration
- Responsible for the operation and supervise / control of the team's performance in East Java Branch
- Responsible for achieving targets in Modern Trade Channel (National and Local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of East Java
- Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure
- Achieve distribution width by expanding to new geographies and depth in current towns/markets
- Reponsible to maintain the existing outlets and the development of new outlets in Modern Trade Channel (National and Local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of East Java
- Builds and grow relationships with Modern Trade Channel (National and Local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of East Java
- Responsible for promotional activities in Modern Trade Channel (National and Local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of East Java
- Plans Quarterly / monthly / weekly targets and set targets
- Responsible for reporting and analysis of sales and promotion programs in Modern Trade Channel (national and local), Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) in the area of East Java
- Ensure that all field sales team members and distributors completely comply with the company's sales system and processes ; and follow ethical business practice
Requirements :
- Male / Female, max. 35 years old
- Min. Bachelor any field related
- Min 5 years as Area Sales Supervisor or max. 1-2 years as Area Sales Manager in East Java Area in Fast Moving Consumer Goods/FMCG industry or Distributor
- Effective communication skills and presentation skill
