• Ticketing Staff

•  Travel Manager

Requirements :

Ticketing staff :
- Male or female
- Max. 25 years old
- Min high school tourism/SMK/D1 - D3 Major in Tourism
- Must have good knowledge of ticketing (domestic & international)
- Computer literate : Ms. Office, Ms. Outlook, basic knowledge of Abacus & Altea
- Professional personality and best service oriented

Travel Manager :

• Male / Female
• Graduated from  Diploma Tourism,  Bachelor Degree majoring in travel & tourism from reputable academic / university
• With minimum 3 years experience  in the tourism industry is a MUST.
• Ability to use Abacus reservation system
• Capable of serving request for Hotel Vouchers, Domestic & International Travel Packages and Travel Documents.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written English
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good team management with pleasant personality
• Dynamic, flexible, with the can-do attitude.
• Able to work under pressure; responsible and service-minded
• Location: Jakarta
