Operation Support Administrator

                                                                 

Main responsibilities:

• Provide, organize and review administrative matters such as MSR, Service Order/Purchase Order and Invoice related to Subcontractor liaise with Vendor Management
• Obtain and record reports from Base such as Daily Activity Report, Petty Cash Report
• Arrange staff claims, ticket and hotel requisition for Supply Base crews
• Arrange stationery, asset requisition and stock
• Arrange Petty Cash for Supply Base Jakarta
• Prepare and record minutes of meetings

 

Qualifications:

• Male
• Maximum age 28 years old
• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business Administration
• 1-2 year experience is preferable.
• Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word) : Good
• English : Good
• Interpersonal skills : tidy, good in numbers and detail, passion to learn
