GE Challenge for Future Leaders!

 

GE Challenge is designed to leverage the student's thinking structure to turn problem into opportunity. It is addressed to all university in Indonesia for students with background in economy and engineering. GE will shortlist top participants with brilliant ideas and passionate in leading the change to their society. On GE Case Challenge, students will be exposed to work as a team, they will run the imaginative company and act as board of directors who establish vision, develop breakthrough solution and deliver action plan to resolve the energy challenges. The main goal of their imaginative company is to drive impact, to solve energy challenges, and to develop sustainable scheme that involved key stakeholders in their university.

 

On the process, the participants will be divided into 2 rounds, the first round is the selection process which aims to assess the solutions and ideas and the second round aims to get more comprehensive implementation plan/ideas to apply those ideas. On the final round, students will need to present and come-up with their business proposal. The students will earn benefit to engage closely with GE Business Leaders, to understand more knowledge about GE and even get direct opportunity to work in GE through internship and direct mentoring opportunity with GE Business Leaders. As the bonus, the winning team will get cash prizes for their priceless effort and as the initial phase for them to implement their proposal in real application.
