We are seeking the position of Accounting, with qualifications as follow :
We are seeking the position of Accounting, with qualifications as follow :
- Female, max 35 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Accountancy from reputable university.
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience for this position.
- Proficient in Ms. Office.
- Able to operate Accounting Software preferably "Accurate".
- Good knowledge on taxation : corporate tax, income tax, VAT, etc.
- Having strong communication skill, good interpersonal skill.
- Able to organize and priorotize activities and detail oriented.
- Able to work in team and independently.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing accounting, finance and tax system
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial report (Balance Sheet, Income Statement)
- Daily posting to Accounting System "Accurate"
- Preparation monthly and yearly tax report (PPh 21, PPh 25, PPh 23, PPh final 4(2), VAT, etc)
- Monitor and follow up account receivable and account payable
- Prepare Engagement Letter and invoicing for collection
- To check and maintain the financial process are based on accounting system
