I.GUEST RELATION OFFICER :
Responsibilities:
* In charge
of general enquiries and providing general information to guests and
members
* Welcoming
guests and members to Pondok Indah Golf .
* Provide
courteous professional hospitality service at all
times.
* Responsible for simple
administrative duties and keying information into
system.
* Your daily
guest relations work will include providing supports for marketing, handling
events.
* On daily
basis taking care of VIP rooms, meetings rooms, driving range and function
hall.
* Handling
payment, assisting cashier.
* Mobileon every
all area at club house and golf gallery
* Performing
any other duties assigned by supervisor or managers.
Requirements:
* Fresh
graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to
apply.
* Female
between, 22 – 30 years of age.
* Minimum
education Diploma III or similar qualification
preferred.
* Hospitality
industry experience and background will be an advantage.
* Positive
attitude, confident, energetic, outgoing personality and a team
player.
* Well
groomed, pleasant and courteous with a good command of English ( writing &
active speaking ).
* Able to
work shifts, staggered hours and overtime.
* Able to
use simple computer software ( Microsoft Excel and
Words).
II.
CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER :
Responsibilities:
* In charge
of general enquiries of Marketing Departments.
* Meeting
and welcoming guests and members to Pondok Indah Golf.
* Provide
courteous professional hospitality service at all
times.
* Responsible for master
administrative duties, data base and keying information into
system.
* Coordinating with all department
concerns for all on going events and activities.
* Performing
promotion and marketing activities ( process making of flyers, brochure, sales
tools, newsletter. Etc )
* Supporting
golf operational activities ( group booking, closing golf tournaments
)
* Supporting
all information needs for GRO.
* Performing
any other duties assigned by managers.
Requirements:
* Fresh
graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to

* Female
between, 22 – 30 years of age.
* Minimum
education Diploma III or similar qualification
preferred.

III. BANQUET
SALES :
Responsibilities:
* Handle
banquet, meeting, events enquiries and attend to event
needs
* Coordinate
and organize banquets and meetings according to client's
expectations.
* Meet with
key clients, sales call ,maintaining relationships with guests and members,
negotiations and closing deal.
* Attend to
phone calls, emails and assist on all related events
enquiries.
* Conduct
site inspections.
* Follow up
on all enquiries with Food & Beverage Team and related departments
concern.
* Assist
to proposed menus and quotations on time.
* Prepare
and circulate detailed event orders and liaise with all related
departments.
* Assist on
all administration duties required.
* Maintain a
correspondence on data base.
* Update all
sales reports and related documents.
Requirements:
* Female,
between 25 – 35 years of age.
* Minimum 2
years of relevant experience in Banquet, Hotels background will be
advantage.
* Possess
strong administrative, good analytical and organizational
skills.
* Able to
speak, write, translate and communicate clearly in
English.
* Must be
computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office (Excel,
Words,etc)
* Customer
service oriented disposition.
* Self
motivated, result focused, resourceful and proactive.
* Independent and a good team
player.
* Good
communication and presentation skills.
* With
positive working attitude and ability to work well under minimal supervision in
a fast-paced environment.
* Will be required
to work on week-ends from time to time.
IV. DESIGN
GRAPHIC :
Responsibilities:
* Design
corporate communications materials ( including ads, brochures, flyers, name
card, printing materials, etc )
* Design all
form of print and web- based content materials
* Collaboration with the marketing
team in implementing various digital marketing initiatives such as
facebook.
* Day to day
inhouse creative / design works.
* Responsible and committed to meet
deadlines.
Requirements
:
* Male, 22 –
35 years of age
* Minimum D
III degree in Graphic Design
* Fresh
graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to
apply.
* Working
experience in graphic design is preferred
* In love
with design and able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Corel Draw,
Freehand
* Strong
concept development and creatives.
* Good team
player,result oriented, proacvtive, communicative, initiative & self
motivated
* Turns
ideas into amazing design and able to thing out of the
box.
* Note : Please
bring along your portfolio or sample of your own design upon interview
session.
