Receptionist Office Assistant
Jakarta Raya

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming & outgoing calls
  • Do administrative duties
  • Greet guest
  • Arrange & manage meeting room
  • Hotel booking
  • Taxi booking
  • Office maintenance
  • Help admin coordinator in obtaining multiple business visa for expat staffs
 

Requirements:

  • Female
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
  • Minimum 1 year experience  in related position (Customer Service / Call Center / Receptionist / etc)
  • Good communication skill
  • Good in English (written & spoken)
  • Service oriented
  • Willing to learn
