Honey Lady is looking for Executive Assistant (Senior
Secretary) to CEO.
Location : Pluit
MAIN DUTIES
* Serve as right-hand of the CEO
* Handles the CEO's routine tasks according to the instructions given in a professional manner
* Represent the CEO and the company in a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone conversations, personal meetings and in written correspondence
* Write letters and other correspondence for the CEO
* Accompany and assist the CEO in business meetings in- and outside the office
* Discreet handling of confidential information
* Proofread and edit documents
* Scanning materials for CEO's eyes
* Participate in brainstorming sessions for various projects
* Assist with development and preparation of plans & budgets
* Assist the CEO with handling of social media networks
* Assist with filing and organization of information
* Maintain the CEO's calendar and schedule
REQUIREMENTS
* Female/Male
* Min. bachelor degree (S1) from any major OR diploma from secretarial college
* Min. 5 years experiences in the same position
* Max 38 years old
* Mature, organized, meticulous, efficient, quick and resourceful
* Active and energetic person, willing to work hard, independently, dynamic, initiative and creative
* Experience in taking care of administrative and support tasks
* Good looking and interpersonal skills
* Min 2 years experience in an international company
* Good command of English (Verbal & Written) is a must; Mandarin is preferable
* Skillful in utilizing social media networks
* Having knowledge on all aspects of secretarial duties
* Well versed in Ms. Office, min Ms. Word, Excel, Ms. Power Point
* Able to frequently travel out of town for multiple days
