                          SENIOR CONSULTANT TALENT & REWARD

As a consultant in Rewards, Talent & Communication, you will work beside some of the industry's top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills.

You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze information, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.

Performance Objectives:
Clients
  1. Partner with consultants on client projects across multiple industries and HR functional areas
  2. Participate and assist the senior consultants in providing consulting services in areas of strategy clarification, organization development, performance management, compensation programs, competency modeling, corporate culture etc
  3. Analyze human resource and business processes, and make recommendations for improvement
  4. Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
  5. Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
Excellence
  1. Develop technical knowledge and skills in the area either Rewards or Talent Management
  2. Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations
Financial
  1. Meet chargeable hours targets
  2. Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying information for proposals
People
  1. Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
The Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above
  2. Expertise in Reward or Talent Management
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Good command of both written and oral English
  5. An eye for details, analytical, meticulous, insightful with a structured thought process
  6. Project management skills
  7. Demonstrated ability to build relationships and networks
  8. Intellectual curiosity and learning ability
  9. Well developed analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  10. Resourceful, ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines
  11. Self driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
