Our Client, A Leading Gold Mining Company, urgently requires the following position:

GENERAL MANAGER - MINING

Requirements & Qualification: 

• Male, Minimum 40 years old
• Diploma (D3) degree in Mining Engineering or Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering/ Metallurgy
• At least 8 years in related field Minimal with 6 years working experiences in Process Gold mining industry, experience in Managerial Level ( construction and operation )
• Skill and knowledge in Manage Gold Operation, Process Improvement, Safety Health and Environment, Customer Service, Personal Management, People Development
• Have Certificate POP ( Pengawas Operasional Pratama ) / POM ( Pengawas Operasional Madya ) / POU ( Pengawas Operasional Utama )
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Budget planning & control skills and demonstrated analytical & reporting skills,Knowledge Finance/Accounting,Knowledge HR.
• Good in communication an interaction with people internally/externally
• Good command of English both orally and writing will be a great advantage
• Good computer literacy will be another advantage for success
