1. Click ke http://www.yahoo.
2. Click "MAIL" di samping kanan bagian atas, di samping tulisan
kapital YAHOO!
3. Lalu, akan masuk ke sebuah halaman baru, di kolom kiri,
click "SIGN UP NOW".
4. Ikuti langkah-langkah yang ditunjukkan sampai selesai.
5. Ingat userid dan password yang diberikan Yahoo, karena kedua
informasi ini yang
akan dipergunakan terus untuk sign-in.
Bagi yang telah memiliki account dan e-mail address di Yahoo.com,
tidak perlu melakukan resgistrasi seperti di atas.
Langsung saja, lompat ke step Episode B.
Episode B
Episode ini BERLAKU dan hanya bisa dilakukan oleh semua user yang
telah memiliki account di Yahoo.
1. Click http://groups.
2. Di bagian pojok kiri atas, akan ada kolom "MY GROUPS" dan di
bawahnya akan tampil BEASISWA.
3. Click saja "BEASISWA"
kumpulan archive mails milis BEASISWA.
4. Click icon "EDIT MY MEMBERSHIP" di pojok kanan atas, nanti akan
diantarkan menuju ke sebuah menu profile pribadi teman-teman.
Pilih section "MESSAGE DELIVERY"
Di sana ada pilihan-pilihan di bawah:
"Individual e-mails" : ini artinya, mau menerima e-mail setiap ada
mail baru. "Daily Digest" : artinya,
hanya menerima satu e-mail yang berisi kumpulan email-email yang dikirim di hari tersebut.
"Special Notice" : artinya, hanya menerima pesan-pesan dari
moderator saja.
"No e-mail" : artinya, TIDAK menerima pesan apapun.
Nah, di-click saja di lingkaran yang terdapat di samping NO E-MAIL.
Teman-teman tidak akan kebanjiran e-mail lagi, dan e-mail bisa dibaca
di archive saja, dengan meng-click tombol "MESSAGE" di sisi kiri
sebelah atas.
5. Semua e-mail, sejak awal hingga yang terbaru, ada di sana semua,
dan bisa dicari sesuai topiknya di kolom SEARCH. Misalnya, mau
mencari cerita soal "Recommendatio
aja "Recommendatio
berhubungan dengan Recommendation Letter, akan tampil.
Demikianlah tipsnya. Sangat efektif dan efisien, bukan ?

First, congratulations on your admission and scholarship. ENST Bretagne is a fantastic school.
Second, make sure that the LoA and scholarship are legitimate and compatible with each other. ENST and Fondation Telecom are *two different entities*. So it makes sense that ENST asks for a 20% deposit, which I think should be reimbursed when you receive the full scholarship from Fondation Telecom.
Think of it as if Fondation Telecom were your rich uncle, and ENST Bretagne was trying to sell you a house. Your uncle may have promised to give you money, but ENST may want a deposit in case the transaction fails due to some reason.

In partnership with HR Wallingford and the UCL Department of Civil,
Environmental and Geomatic Engineering, the UCL Centre for Urban
Sustainability and Resilience invites applications for a four year (one
year MRes and three year EngD) studentship to work on an Engineering and
Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), UK funded project. Project
Background: The focus of this EngD study is on developing original research
on estimating the forces acting on buildings (within an urban environment)
due to the impact and runup of a tsunami. This is an extremely complex
problem which involves combining together results from numerical models
with extensive database of experimental results. The scientific gap and
challenge to be able to accurately estimate the distribution of force over
the surface of a building, the total force on the building and how this is
influenced by the properties of the incident flow. The current project
looks to develop computational tools to be able to assess the force on
idealised models of buildings, and to develop techniques that will enable
this information to be incorporated into large-scale computational models
that can assess the potential for building damage. Studentship
Description: The work will be computational and involve using in-house or
shareware codes to assess the forces on buildings individually and in
groups. The computational results will be compared against analytical
models and unique experimental data from the UCL and HR Wallingford fluids
laboratories. The purpose will be to develop guidance on how tsunami flow
on and around buildings can be modelled in order to provide input to
tsunami coastal risk assessments. The student will be part of the
multi-disciplinary research group EPICentre (www.epicentreonline.com) and
form part of a larger team looking at tsunami risk estimation. The student
will also be expected to engage with HR Wallingford, and spend some time on
its premises undertaking research activity related to the project. There
may be a chance that the student will be able to participate in some
experimental work at both UCL and Wallingford. Person Specification:
Applicants should have a good honours degree (ideally a 1st or 2:1 minimum)
in mathematics, mechanical engineering, physical or environmental science,
computer science or civil engineering. This is a computational project and
experience of programming C++, data handling and visualisation, a high
level of numeracy, and good understanding of fluid mechanics. You should be
able to demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, have
the interpersonal skills to work as part of a professional team, while also

Saya coba bantu menjawab, "Qualification Name" = nama gelar yang anda
peroleh. Misalnya, Sarjana Teknik, Magister Desain atau kalau kita
lulusan LN, Master of Information Technology dan lain sebagainya.
Sebaiknya kita gelar sesuai yang diberikan oleh kampusnya, misalnya
gelar dari negara Jerman akan beda penulisannya dengan gelar dari
negara lain, walaupun program studinya sama.

Saya coba bantu menjawab, "Qualification Name" = nama gelar yang anda
peroleh. Misalnya, Sarjana Teknik, Magister Desain atau kalau kita
lulusan LN, Master of Information Technology dan lain sebagainya.
Sebaiknya kita gelar sesuai yang diberikan oleh kampusnya, misalnya
gelar dari negara Jerman akan beda penulisannya dengan gelar dari
negara lain, walaupun program studinya sama.
