SENIOR TRANSACTIONAL ADVOCATES
With the following qualifications:
* Holding Advocate License from Indonesian Advocate Association
(PERADI)
* Graduate of a reputable university majoring in law;
* Minimum 7 (seven) years of Post Admission Experience (PAE) with a
strong focus in corporate/transactional works (ie. capital markets,
corporate actions, mining and private financing transactions);
* Advanced fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, verbal and
written;
* Exemplary knowledge in the Indonesian legal framework concerning
contracts, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and finance; and
* Excellent analytical & conceptual thinking; creative & innovative.
