RESPONSIBILITIES
·
Planning of new concept stores and retail space planning
·
Create and determine efficient space layout based upon sales, profitability,
capacity and customer needs.
·
Create and maintain all project related information such as design, drawings,
3d image, pictures, etc
·
Review and inspect project management process and system to ensure timely
opening
·
Developing & Monitoring work progress and quality control with site visits
·
Select vendors and contractors to ensure projects are met with local
requirements in a cost effective and budgets to achieve
·
Work with internal and external parties to ensure the project is executed
according to guidelines
· Ensure
housekeeping standards are regularly maintained on displays, fixtures and
windows
REQUIREMENT
· Min
S1 Majoring in Interior Design/ Architect
· Have
2-3 year experience handle commercial store planning design & Project
management especially in retail business
· Competent
to implement the concept of Branded Retail planning design and be able to work
with AutoCAD, Adobe illustrator, Adobe photoshop, sketch up/ 3d Max and
computer aided design
·
Good command of spoken & written English
· Interpersonal
& communication skills
· Ability
to prioritize and attention to detail
· Strong
team player
