HR MANAGER
* FEMALE, min. 30 years old and above
* Min. S1 Psychology/Law/Human Resources Management
* Experience in all function of Human Resources (HR procedure & processes, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, Indonesia's Labor Law & egulations, Industrial relations, recruitment, coaching & counseling), with at least 4 - 5 years experiences
* Have experience in psychology analysis, human resources system and procedure for good and quality human resources
* Have experience in training programmer and development to employee
* Have leadership skill
* Knowledgeable in Jamsostek and PPh 21
* Analytical, communicative & good personality
* Computer literacy Microsoft Office, Fluent in English, both spoken and written
* Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours & under pressure to meet deadline
VISUAL MERCHANDISER

RESPONSIBILITES
· Create,
interpret and implement the Visual Merchandising standards in store to ensure
the brand is correctly
represented.
· Ensure
brand integrity is maintained at all times with use of graphics and equipment.
· Monitor
and manage all launch, event and promotion and control all the activity.
· Maintaining
a vibrant store environment.
· Ensure
housekeeping standards are regularly maintained on displays, fixtures and
windows
· Design
and support store set up and working with store development merchandiser for
openings new store.
· Be
responsible for delivering a strong visual proposition across the company
REQUIREMENT
· Min
S1 Majoring in Visual Communication design/ Graphic design/ Product Design/
Interior Design
· Have
2-3 year experience handle visual merchandise especially in retail business
· Competent
to implement the concept of Branded Retail Visual Merchandising and able to
work with Adobe
illustrator, Photoshop, and
Computer Graphic Programs
· Good
command of spoken & written English
Interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to prioritize and attention to detail
· enjoy
working in a fast paced environment
· Strong
team player
