A new catering company caters especially for little humans are looking for personnel to join our team as

HEAD CHEF

Responsibilities:

 Head of the production team

 Assist owner in setting up the production team

 R&D to develop standardized recipe for existing ideas including costing and pricing the menu

 Responsible for production cost control and ordering food supplies

 Responsible for portion and inventory control

 Oversee recruitment, training, and development of kitchen staff

 Organize and oversee food production from start to end

 Create menu plan and production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake

 Maintain food quality standard and consistency

 Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with standard food safety regulation

 Have knowledge of food development plan to increase revenue of the company

 Ensure all policies, procedure, standards and guidelines are carefully adhered to

Requirements:

 Minimum 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry

 Past experience as a head chef in a reputable establishment or 5 stars hotel is an advantage

 Extensive and all rounded knowledge of bread and pastry production from start to end

 Leadership quality and responsible character

 Formal education related to food production

 Computer literate

 Good level of spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia

 Enthusiasm and commitment to the job

 Able to join immediately
