We are, a private company which located at South Jakarta, now on process of due diligence with other company. We need a secretary to assist the due diligence process. The official position is:
GENERAL SECRETARY
Job Responsibilities:
· Prepare documents related to due diligence process.
· Assist General Manager to face the auditor on the process of due diligence.
· Make good communication with field crew and understand what problems exist in the field.
· Doing general secretarial duties, such as: create letters, booking airplane ticket & hotel, arrange business trip for staff.
Job Requirements:
· Female
· Educational background minimum in Diploma
· Has experience to do the same task will be our priority
· Self-starter, able to do multiple tasks and result oriented.
· Able to speak English is a must, and able to speak Mandarin is an advantage (because the 2nd party is a company from Beijing).
· Do not mind to work overtime to finish tasks.
