We want to post the ads as below :

PT LAXMIRANI MITRA GARMINDO, seeking a qualified candidates as : 

1. SENIOR MERCHANDISER (SMD)
2. JUNIOR MERCHANDISER (JMD)
3. QUALITY ASSURANCE HEAD (QA)
4. QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR (QC)
5. PPIC
6. PATTERN GERBER (PTR)

Qualification :

• Have experiences in the same position above 7 years (SMD/QA), maximum 3 years (JMD,QC,PPIC) in garment industry.
  
• Having knowledge about computer pattern marker with Gerber software (for PTR)
• Able to follow up an order from preparation detail, sampling process, handling materials, production status control, until ready shipment (MD/PPIC)
  
• Ability to control the materials for garment production (MD,PPIC)
  
• Understand measurement/size specification garment/pattern knowledge, technical skill garment process, quality buyer requirement (QA/QC)
  
• Familiar with implementation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), TQM, GKM, having good leadership and manage to be strong quality team (QA/QC)
  
• Excellent ability to communicate and interact with people at various levels.
• Able to work under pressure. 
• Strong leadership and communication skill. 
• Good interpersonal relationship skills with good team work attitude. 
• Good personal computer skills. 
• Good communication skills in English both oral & written. 
• To be placed at Senen Jakarta (SMD,JDM,PPIC), and placed at Cicurug Sukabumi (QA,QC,PTR)
