A Design & Build Office Interior Contractor Company in South Jakarta is urgently searching for real competent candidates to fill in the following positions :
1. Sales Admin
Female
Experience in Interior Material is a must
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Good filling system;
Have good computer literate (MS Office is a must)
2. Site Supervisor (Fit-Out)
Male
Minimum graduated from Technical Diploma (D3 or STM/Construction).
Minimum 3 years experience as Interior (Fit-Out) Project Supervisor.
Having capability to read and explain technical interior drawing.
Having capability to read and monitoring project schedule.
Having capability to coordinate workers on site.
3. Estimator
Male/ Female
Graduated minimum Diploma 3 (D3) Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architect.
Having experience as Estimator Interior minimum 2 years.
Preferable in office fit-out business.
Familiar with Microsoft Office program.
Strong in numerical computation.
Able to read drawings.
4. INTERIOR DESIGNER
Male/ Female
Degree in Design Interior/ Architecture;
Working experience in the same field is preferable;
Able to operate CAD, 3D & Sketch Up;
Good Communication Skill.
5. DRAFTER
Male/female, age maximum 30 years old .
Graduated minimum STM or Diploma 3 (D3) Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architect.
Familiar with cad program for 2D, 3D max software, photoshop and sketchup.
Preferable have 3 years in interiors business field.
Knowing about site is an add value.
