We have more than two decades (35 Years) of experience supplying complete workforces or selected work groups to meet the short and long term employment requirements of Major Indonesian and International clients on projects and operations Throughout Indonesia.

 

Urgently requires the following position:

HR Generalist

Qualifications:

 

• Female/Male, Maximal 35 years
• Min. Bachelor Degree from ( Law, Psychology, Economic, and related major)
• Minimum 3 years working experience in HRD
• Having knowledge in HR Strategic & Planning, Selection & Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Labor Laws & Regulation
• Able to provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, employee benefit
• Coordinate and control the implementation of recruitment and selection process to ensure available human resource in timely manner
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Language proficiency verbal and written English. And Computer Literacy
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta ( Head Office )
