We are one of Indonesia's leading luxury fashion and accessories retailers,is inviting a highly qualified professional to fill the following positions:

VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will responsible to lead and drive the implementation of the Visual Merchandising direction for our brands. Your primary responsibility are to manage and develop a Visual Merchandising of our brands and be responsible for the consistent brand alignment of the Visual Merchandising principles and standards throughout our stores, improving customer experience and maximizing the sales and profit. Provide Visual Merchandising briefs for the appropriate retail space. Collaborate with the other team to plan and effectively execute merchandising guidelines and provide feedback which identifies creative and visual solutions.

Qualifications;

Male,  max 38 years of age, with a minimum 5 years of professional hands-on technical experience in the area visual merchandising, previous experience in the Luxury retail industry, demonstrated experience with budget, excellent communication and coaching skills, a great work ethic with the ability to work with tight deadlines
