Our client "A Big Local Group of Property Company" is looking for a " Business Development Manager - Property".

Location: Jakarta

Here is a description of the sought position,

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree majoring in Civil or Architecture Engineering from a recognized University
  
• At least 10 years experience in Project or Business Development, preferably in property & real estate setting with solid experience in major aspects of property business development management from Big Local Company or MNC at the real estate and property industries background.
  
• At least 5 years as Property Business Development Manager at the property & real estate industries
  
• Experienced within business development management in High-rise and landed on property & real estate developments
  
• The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience within Property Management and a thorough understanding of the commercial / large scale residential / mixed use property market in Indonesia
