APICAL's refineries are located in Jakarta Utara (KBN Marunda) with a capacity of 1,000 MT/day, Dumai (Riau – Sumatera) with a capacity of 3,000 MT/day, Tanjung Balai (Sumatera) with a capacity 325 MT/day. RECRUITMENT & TRAINING SPECIALIST

Job Descriptions:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions; sourcing and short-listing, skills & personality testing, behavioral interview, salary negotiation,medical check-up arrangement and new employee induction.
• Manage the training program,include Training Need Analysis, training matrix, training execution, and evaluation.
• Manage all HR administration.

 
Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum 30 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, Management, Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years experience on HR field with 1 year as HR Staff in manufacturing.
• Have experience in handling Recruitment, Training and HR administration process.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and excellent skills in computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel & Email.
• Willing to be placed in our Manufacturing, Marunda.
