To support our business in more then 30 branches throughout Indonesia, we are currently looking for:
GM Finance and Accounting
Main responsibilities:
- Provide leadership in coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, tax planning, budgeting and funding efforts of the company.
- Provides both operational and strategic support to the organization in area of Accounting, Tax and Finance.
- Build and maintain good relationship within internal and external customer/network, including banks, external auditors, etc.
- Assisting the CFO and the business in budget management, cost benefit analysis, tax planning and securing new funding.
- Assess the existing process, identify potential problem/ efficiency and lead the improvement process.
- Develop and execute staff succession to support growth plans.
- Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax and mandatory regulations.
- Coordinate the preparation of financial statement, financial reports, special analysis and information reports
- Develop and implement appropriate internal control safeguard and procedures
- Interact with other managers to provide consultative support to planning initiative through financial and management information analyses, reports and recommendations
Requirements:
- Completion of a bachelor's degree at an accredited university majoring in Accounting, CPA degree is a plus
- Min of ten years of financial experience and management experience with the day-to-day financial, accounting and tax operations
- Working experience in one of the following will be value added: multi finance, other financial industry, reputable big audit firm.
- Strong leadership towards team member
- Good communication skill
- English is a must
