Our company need an Executive Secretary.
The Requirements are following:
· Female, age 28-32 years
· Having at least 3 years experiences in similar position
· Having at least a Professional Qualification (Diploma I/III
secretarial academy) or Bachelor degree
· Good command in English both
oral and written.
· Good computer skill (Microsoft Programs)
· Pleasant personality with
strong organization and interpersonal skills
· Having a good knowledge related to administration skill
(filling document, manage in/out correspondence )
· Willing to work under pressure, multitasking, fast learner
and initiative.
Job Description :
· Filing of all documents: hard copies and soft copies
· organization of meetings and seminars, making appointments,
organization of travel, knowing how to prepare the presentation
· Support for proposal
