We are an Oil and Gas Services Company located in South Jakarta ( JL.Sudirman ) Currently we have vacant position for HR Coordinator ( HR )

 

Job Description

1. Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, contracts, training and development, succession planning, moral and motivation, culture and attitude development, performance appraisal and quality management issues)
2. Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales
3. Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
4. Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development Plan and direct for Training of employee including senior managers, maintain contact with outside resources for training

 

Job requirements: 1.Bachelor Degree in Law or Management

                                    2. at least 3 years experience as HRGA Coordinator

                                    3. Male with Age max 30 year old

                                    4. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

                                    5.Can write and speak english well

                                    6. Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills

                                    7. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff  throughout the company.

                                    8.Familiar with labour law

                                    9.Familiar with personal income tax process

                                   10. Familiar with General Affairs

                                   11. Familiar with insurance process
