- Receive First Level Ticket related to Microsoft Dynamic AX (DAX)
- Running daily IT Operation Support related to DAX
- Maintenance Master Data related DAX
- Upload Data related DAX as user request
*Requirements:*
- Min. D3 Computer Sciencefrom reputable university
- Min. 1 years working experiences in relevant field
- Have knowledge about IT application and database
- Have experience of operating ERP System (DAX, Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
