Information Center Officer
- Female max 32 years old
- S1 Degree Journalist, English, Social Science and Politics from recognized university
- Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, word etc)
- Min 3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Meticulous, hard worker and able to meet tight schedule
Job function:
• Information Center Officer is appointed to identify, analyze, and predict the security situation, documentation and filling administration.
• The Information Center Officer acts on behalf of Security Operation which checking all information that get from division, branches and projects up to the details information resource and report to Information Supervisor.
Job Description
• Compiling and analyzing data; provides alternatives and makes recommendations of action.
• Compiles information and maintains databases for tracking information for reporting purposes.
• Make Daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Translating documents both English - Indonesian and vice verse.
• Performs other duties of a similar nature or level
• Find information about the situation related to the security around the client
• Editing and revising others manuscripts written to meet predetermined standards of style and accuracy
• Responsible to ensure files documented.
• Compiling and analyzing data; provides alternatives and makes recommendations of action.
• Answers questions and assists in resolving problems requiring professional advice.
