One of the Financial Advisory firm in South Jakarta is looking for the position of Corporate Finance Analyst with the requirements below:

Position
:
Corporate Finance Analyst
Key
Responsibilities will include     :
·          To assist and perform in the following corporate
financial services areas:
o    Mergers and
acquisition
o    Business
Valuation
o    Corporate
restrusturing
o    Debt
restructuring
o    Project
Finance
o    Fund raising
o    Private equity
o    Capital
Budgeting
·          Performing industry research to highlight opportunities
within the company's existing business or expansion into new business verticals
or geographic markets
·          Analysing and evaluating the selected companies to be potentially
acquired on a financial and transactional perspective - developing detailed
financial models and business valuation scenarios
·          Coordinating and implementing due diligence for
potential transactions from a business and finance standpoint and formulating
the required recommendations
·          Participating as a team member in transaction
negotiations and legal documentation, and attending meetings with target
companies
·          Supporting in presentations to the Board of Directors
and may also undertake presentations on certain models

Requirements
:
·          Degree with professional qualifications
of Accountancy, Finance, MBA
and/or CFA qualification will be advantageous
·          Possess good accounting knowledge,
strong analytical, communication and writing skills, with proven ability to
perform comprehensive financial analysis
·          Expertise in developing financial model
using Excel
·          Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint
and wording processing applications
·         Fluency in English, both spoken and
written, is a must
·         Max 30 years of age
