Our client is searching sales manager. The requirements as follow:
1. The Candidate will be an ambitious sales persons with at least 3 years of experience in Factory Automation – Sensors business within Indonesia.
2. Experience of the sensor industry will be an advantage.
3. The successful Candidate ideally will have an electrical or mechanical engineering degree.
4. Age parameters would be 30 to 40.
5. Must be an Indonesia nationality.
6. Language: Fluent English and ability to communicate effectively in English
7. Candidates must demonstrate tangible success at personally delivering significant turnover growth
8. Must have "roll-up the sleeves" attitude and be willing to spend a significant amount of time visiting target factories on management level, shop floor and maintenance level.
9. Independent, entrepreneurial and street-smart, `can do' attitude, self-motivated drive, and a winning personality.
10. Will be able to bond with, and be convincing and credible with both shop floor technical & maintenance specialists AND senior purchasing executives.
11. Candidates will be inherently competitive and tenacious in `making deals' and closing sales.
