[milis tarki] Vacancy Sales Manager - PT Chartis Insurance

PT Chartis Insurance Indonesia (Member of AIG), located in IDX Building, Jend. Sudirman, South Jakarta, currently looking for Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through active involvement in the sales process as well as expansion of the sales force.
- Motivate agents to achieve stretching targets.
- Aanalyze profit & loss of agents under his/her supervision.
- Work with profit centers to provide products and solution to the customers.
- Work directly with agents to improve customer service.

Qualifications:
- At least bachelor degree from any discipline.
- Min. 3 years experience in sales, especially in Insurance or Banking.
- Good communications in English.
- Nice & Mature personallity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Have good relationship and easy to adapt with new environment.
- Can do attitude and positive thinking.
- Computer literate.
